Answer first
The descriptor can identify a Hello Nancy order—but verify it
The words on a statement are not proof that a payment was authorized. If you do not immediately recognize the charge, compare it with your order confirmation and account before sharing any information or deciding what to do next.
Verification checklist
How to check the charge safely
- Step 1
Check your order confirmation
Search the email address used at checkout for a Hello Nancy order confirmation. Check spam or junk folders too, and compare the order total with the statement amount.
- Step 2
Compare the date, amount and currency
A card statement date can differ slightly from the order date. Match the amount and currency to the confirmation or your Hello Nancy account rather than relying on the descriptor alone.
- Step 3
Ask other authorized card users
If the card is shared, confirm whether another authorized user placed the order. Do not disclose the product or order details to anyone who is not authorized to access the account.
- Step 4
Contact Hello Nancy through an official channel
If you still need help matching the purchase, provide your order number, customer email, approximate order date and amount. Never send a full card number or security code.
What support can use
To locate a possible order, send only the information needed to match it: your order number if available, the customer email, approximate date, amount and currency.
Never send card secrets
Do not email or submit your full card number, CVV/security code, bank password, PIN or one-time verification code. Hello Nancy does not need those details to look for an order.
If you still do not recognize it
Treat the payment as potentially unauthorized. Contact your card issuer promptly using the official number on the back of your card or inside your banking app. Follow its instructions to freeze the card, secure the account or dispute the transaction. Do not use a phone number from an unexpected message about the charge.
Ask Hello Nancy to check an order
Care & Bloom Limited's Hello Nancy support team can help match the statement entry to an order without asking for full payment-card information.
